The Factory Building
The factory building is equipped with the latest smart technology that provides efficiency to the workers and the production process. The company is also equipping the in-house staff quarters with all standard facilities. Mahesh also provides filtered drinking water, sanitary care, medical care as well as healthy food to its employees.
Additionally, precautions have been taken with fire extinguishers in critical locations and within easy reach.The entire factory building is cleaned once every 15 days to maintain a healthy environment. The owners have also taken the initiative in regularly maintaining its factory building and providing security to the employees and local residents.
Sales and Service Room
The sales room is enriched with the smart technology required for daily operations.
The follow up “after sales” staff personally contact customers to discover if they have any lingering questions or complaints. The operations in the facility are computerized and few machines are needed because of this technology. The staff, additionally, is constantly looking for ways to maintain the operations by upgrading technology and improving customer service.
The goal is to continually search for methods to improve the ease of processing. One of the innovations that the company has undertaken is the creation of dedicated sales staff for online or telephone orders. This staff is present at all times to provide the best customer service possible.

Transportation
The transportation is done by our own vehicles as well as by hiring other logistics services the Vehicle Tracking System based on GPS is installed on delivery vehicles, which help to monitor timely delivery. Our sales team is in continuous contact with the customers to provide after sales service in case of any inconvenience .we are very well known for our sales support by our customers.
Our Plant & Machinery
The Mahesh group’s overriding goals in the investment in twenty-first-century technology is to ensure that quality is always ensured and by extension it has met the high expectations of the customers. Majesh group does this through organic means, using the organic chakki process so that the customer is satisfied the production process creates the healthiest products found on the market today.
The wheat, procured from the fields of MP, is brought to the factory premises. Hereour quality maintenance team perform a variety of testing with the latest available equipment, ensure the grain meets the highest industry standards.
Once the grain passes these standards, it’s cleaned and graded by the cleaning and grading machines.Low-quality seeds are packed separately and taken to the poultry industry. The best seeds are sent to the milling section for processing an another quality check before they are packed in various packets. These seeds are handled with optimum care so that no quality is compromised. From here they are transported to the customers as per the orders
